We always pack records and CDs using brand new good quality mailing envelopes and stiffeners, included in the price, and pack LPs outside their outer jackets to avoid seam splits. boxed sets are also packed as carefully as possible, often with the LPs outside the box to prevent damage during transit, however, we can not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. insurance/ registered post is available for an extra £3.50 (upto £32.00 compensation) or £5.00 (upto £100) please request a quote for items over £100.
